WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
Product and Service Warranty:
All materials and Workmanship are warranted for one full year, unless otherwise written into our contract. Sorry, we do not warrant any material, fixtures, or appliances provide by the homeowner or any other third party.
Price Quote Guarantee:
If you receive a written quote from another licensed local contractor who has a physical place of business providing comparable work and materials as A.F.I., we will match their price and then beat by 5% (five percent). *Good for 45/days subject to manager’s approval. Doesn’t apply to previously ratified
contracts.
Customer Pledge:
- We promise to protect your property during all phases of construction
- We will clean up the work area daily and store excess debris on-site, out of site
- We will haul away ALL construction debris at jobs completion
- We will treat your home and property “like it our own”
- If you have to work; we will house watch ourselves. Don’t worry we are
honest and fully licensed, bonded and insured for your peace of mind
- We pledge to give you hassle free full service
